REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: We do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations. All sales are final as soon as you check out. 

SHIPPING: All orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks of placing the order. Everything is made to order. You will receive a tracking notification email from us once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking notification to update. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Please contact USPS for issues with shipping. 

WRONG ADDRESS: As long as you have not received a tracking email from us stating your order has shipped then please email us (adeliasshop@yahoo.com) as soon as possible so that we can change the address on our end.
